Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it has shipped.

Estimated delivery windows

• South Africa: 7–14 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days
• United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 8–16 business days
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates from the date of dispatch. Delivery times can occasionally be longer during peak periods or because of customs checks.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over R1 100 qualify for complimentary shipping.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. You can follow your parcel from the link in your shipping email, or from our Track Your Order page.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
